And I believe MC gang more in Emerald aswell, mostly my opinion, but the truth is there is more MC players than Elf in the cave.

Ok I'm much more calm now. Sometimes people just get to me. I've approached the leader and officers of Legends with a friendly note in private. The rest is up to them. I've corrected my own mistakes and I hope they will do the same by apologizing to me.

The only one who is lying here mr. Wolfsy, is your guilds own officers and you. Hence the topic's title. You didn't obey your own rules thus you have to pay the price to answer to the public. Every guild should. I have provided sufficent amount of proof in my posts and you should know that I never accused you of scamming.
Oh and pics or my spamming in allience chat didn't happen. (Spamming, honestly??)

"Non-stop harassment" is what you get when you don't obey your own rules. Legends should answer to the forum, and I'm part of it.

I think alliance chat bans easily for the fact that everyone can send messages from everywhere. Imagine when the time comes not only Nokia users can use that chat and if it didn't have spam control and you would be in a town for example so you would have trade chat + alliance chat altogether. FPS would drop so hard, if not, you couldn't read not 1 message from either chat not having that chat window open.

as far as i remember, your guild had a second name if u not used the legends. why not use it?
and now about your ingame reputation. You all try too hard to be the best. Spend much money, amp all till +9 - +10 and then talk to none else cause you think you are the best. I don't have a problem with that. And most players don't have a problem with that. But you can see that all laughing at you.
You want respect? Take a look at kaizen. They my enemy, (cause of faction) but i personally congratulate their leader. He bothered to reply to someone he ditnt even know. But you guys.... Even if you see all the elves all day, you never talk to them, never help them, and act like you are the best.
And about the copyrights of your guild, i agree with you that you took the name first and im sad that someone else used it first but practically he is the one that claimed it first. Its under his name in the game database. Yours is only in the forum and we know that not all players follow the forum of the game. And i think cause the dev's dit not said so far that the guild names are forbidden to used by others there is not much to do. I hope u get him remove the the guild, or sell it to you. Anyway, it costed him mcoins and gold... So dont hope much....

If he's selling the name, He stole it.
If he's keeping the name and guild, maybe he stole it.
If he didn't take the name, he didn't steal it.
Simple as that.
As I've seen, he's now selling the name, obviously he stole it.
Solution,
Ignore him, find a new name and move on.
Don't let some spoiled kid ruin it for you, he probably just wants fame cause I've never heard of his name, ever.
Or he saw a moment in all the fuss. Who knows his motives. Maybe he doesent want to keep a "hated" guild. I agree you just gotta move on or make a trade if it is even possible.

Here's something you might want to think about in comparison: (An example:) If you didn't use condom or it broke, you might still get an abortion in most western countries for a good reason but it might be painful for the mind to handle and difficult for the woman carrying too. So my advice is take more care for the preventing measures and if the damage is already done, learn from it. Bad example since a baby usually also brings something good to the world in my opinion
