Does death call still depend on magic damage?

Seriously, can’t believe on that dk’s readjustment... saturation more useless than before. Why does necros don’t need to pay life points for skill use anymore, but saturation still needing that ridiculous 10% lp sacrifice? and what about exhalation? Damage still be dealt if the stun got resisted. Nice, now enemies can’t resist to that low dmg from that skill. Some classes got ridiculous damage and buff improvement but others didn’t got anything useful, it’s really disappointing...

I was wondering which relics (red, green, purple and blue) should I use on each skill... could someone help me?
