This is not much a buff if even at all, they wont have any extra skill points to spend on useful experts, perhaps 5/5 either charge or dmg skill but it would be less useful than roar, because roar is used to reduce enemy damage on enemies around, and 175 roar would be big sacrification just for that on any other than 1v1, which game doesnt rely on.
This won´t stop endgame templars at all, just the normal "little end game " ones with no full cd books, which seems completely fair to me
2h Paladins do alot dmg, there is certain strong ones on each server, I start to believe that it is just you who need to gain some strength than complain.
