They nerfed it cz people were abusing it in wars for ls spam and some gvgs like mm where they get free hits on flag and nobody can stop them,
barb was immortal for the duration of last wish and it could be used multiple times in a row, so they buffed cooldown and nerfed the reduction.
they could have done it better but this is fine too 

You guys have STILL NOT addressed rogue's survivability and vulnerability to control? The forum is FULL of people complaining about this yet again you add more dmg to the class!
 
The class needs resistance, better healing, not just some more dmg, how many times people are gonna say this? At the very least, reduce reflex cd to 2.5 sec for better defense and Tirelessness talent to give some resistance stacks instead of a damn useless -5% accuracy. just fixing these two with the addition of ruthlessness passive would have been way more beneficial to the class than this 
 
This just made me want to quit rogue even more and i assure u the 4-5 of rogues left will aswell after seeing this.

Бег должен уходить в кд только после окончания, а не сразу же при прожатии, не знаю как такую очевидную штуку до сих пор не исправили...

После таких обнов даже не рассчитывайте на чм. [...] Вы не цените своих игроков, так и получайте соответствующий фидбек
 
Это не "обновление" а выдойка игроков. Мы не будем добавлять актив о котором просили. Мы не вернем переработанный хаос который все ждали. Мы не будем менять релы в стойках у классов, которые они ждут уже второй год. Но это мы добавим книгу в сундук альмахада, чтоб донили побольше. И добавим релу в другой [...]сундук, чтобы его покупали, а то нам мало бабок)

Интересно а разработчики поймут что для адекватной работы такой арены надо выпускать ребалансы не раз в год  а хотя бы раз  в 3 месяца

Слушайте, а это тогда не выходит нерф друида в ПвЕ? Как бы сейчас масс корни и новый смерч на 4/4 будут наносить одинаковый урон - 300% от мдд, НО корни рутят, и наносят свой урон каждую секунду, когда новый смерч каждые 2, так еще и замедление с навыка уменьшили. С талантом вообще каждые 2.5. Получается, друиды годик побегали более-менее с норм массухой в ПвЕ и теперь все? Или можно ожидать изменения в положительную сторону после тестов?
 
Я конечно все понимаю, анонс, все на эмоциях, будет видно лучше картинку уже на тестах, но на бумаге, данный ребаланс выглядит как апп друида в ПвП  и нерф в ПвЕ, хотя друиду было ожидаемо было получить обратную картину - ПвЕ бафф, ПвП нерф.

Just copypaste BM tree skill in heal totem slot, so that way the shaman wouldnt stay back safely and throw heal totems from far, make it go infront line to heal, just like bm!
