boss roland, where are you? my friend send already a ticket to support, but is that possible to unblocked her account? even tho, its not her fault? its easy to avoid the harad banner, just wait banner to disappear, and dont go there.
we know in arena you need patience like on farming, and also stun first before you attck them, the problem is the banner countdown, its to auick for that powerfull skill,, make it 80sec too admin.

they give Info to anyone and i think without reviewing theyre concerns? you didnt check if that player who report someone Name ingame is the real owner before you give the account info?

but IT WAS SO CLEAR WHAT HAPPEN IS..
WS TEAM or Support give her ID email to ppl WHO report my friend nickname/name ingame, and then he pm my friend with that EMAIL HE GOT FROM SUPPORT, my friend is scared, so she change her EMAIL ID, she made a NEW EMAIL coz she think if someone knows her ID , she will gt scam/hack soon. right? here is the reply from SUPPORT, coz that ppl give his Yahoo id email he use to get my friend EMAIL ID INGAME.
