Well. you didn't read it clearly then.It said, If you demand in a party you'd get a higher chance to get enemy in a party, if you demand random, your enemy will most likely be demanding random too, now do you think 10 people would demand random 5x5? Lv up to 20,maybe u will have lucky with 10% wins with this "epic player skill",killing low lvs and saying somebody(class) is op is bullshit.
