All other stats look very good for arena blitzer. 2sp on charge at lv20? Looks ok, I dont know enough barb to say if lv4 chop is good or bad. If you hit a 0% def critter, do you get a 20% dmg increase? always wondered if you could amp dmg with penetration if you got enemy on negative def procentage.
