For a long time I have a problem that bothers me a lot and for which I am quitting playing, which is that another person gets into my character ruining the gameplay, and I have never given my account / password to anyone. Once you assign email to your account you cant unbind it but no one can access your account if they dont know the password so you must have given it to someone

Try to email support regarding your problem by "Account Recovery" option.

FW: no one can access your account if they dont know the password. 

 

Prevent scam:

- reset your game and email password

- increase your email security, adding verifications, etc

- add a personal password, which wouldn't be easy for no one to guess

- avoid birth date, name/surname or in game character's nickname as password
