Even if he is high amped still losing arena vs poor charmer xD. After some insults I block him if have some time. Now he call ppl scamer after disturbing spam. Here you got some ss and vide. Cheak it. Its sad that we have that kind of player at Eu serv . If you are reporting him, then the support team is the right place. Bring them proves of what you're stating: the support team will definitely check if he is effectively doing as you say.
