To get your old damage back just change a equipment peace (e.g.change your left hand sword and then change it back again to the one you had). Then your damage will be normal again. I can confirm it also happens to rouges, checked today after Wednesday's reset it was doing 15-16 dmg to weakest mob , then changed daggers back n forth, and it was set back to 18-22 average, only the weakest hand seemed affected. other stayed at 33-38 average.
