Not a big deal, just please add a note under the description of it:

" won't work with enemies with HP value less than 80% of their maximum"

P.S: the relic indeed is supposed to decrease the Maximum hps of the enemy by 20% in total - this is why it doesn't work if hps are beneath the 80%
