believe it or not, Im still the same shy, quiet nerd. The only thing that changed about me is, Im not a lame loser any more, and I no longer let ppl walk over me. Im not conceited. I just gained some confidence, but I worked for it.

All you need is motivation, discipline and self-respect. Unless they have a disability, nobody has any excuse for not bettering themselves.
