Cooldown confusing ???

i have paladin with 17% cooldown , i used snow potion which gives extra 15% , in stats i have 32% cd but my skills actually have 24.3% ?????? anyone can explain why

for example light aura 30 cd , with 32% cd should be 20.4 , but it is 22,7 or or 24,3xxx~ as for all of other skills

The formula goes like this:

Z = (100 / (100 + X)) * Y

Z = ( 100 / ( 100 + 32) ) x 30 = ( 100 / 132 ) x 30 = 22.72 which is correct u got 22.7

thanks for the feedback , i dont know why cd and attributes like fero work with formulas instead of just simple calculations , ty for the answer.

Ur welcome ma bro

And to answer ur current question:

They put formulas to avoid stats being over powered at higher % making it balanced

 

Many tests has been done to achieve those formulas thats why they were embedded like that
