I'm sorry but it doesn't give away anything, the support will have to dig into it to find out the actual problem. Please write a message and provide: device and operating system information when does it happen? while installing or trying to log in? a screenshot is always welcome if you're using a Windows pc you can attach the file Warspear_systemlog from the Warspear folder or if any mobile it's a bit more complicated, then better wait for the support answer.
