[2018.24.05] Update of the AIGRIND LLC Privacy Policy

Dear friends,

 

We would like to warn you that our game servers are temporarily unavailable today, on the 24th of May, and to explain the reasons for it.

You might have heard about the fact that on 25th of May General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force in European Union. Now all organisations are directly responsible for protection of clients personal data and the transparency of the data collection methods.

 

AIGRIND company ensures strict adherence to the GDPR requirements. According to this document we have updated the Privacy Policy that regulates collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage of users personal data. Also we have implemented several strict technical procedures that help to provide the confidentiality and the safety of personal data of our players from all over the world.

Due to the above changes and technical circumstances beyond our control, after completion of the technical work the operation of our several services and platforms will be temporarily unavailable, namely:

 

 

  • Earning of free Miracle Coins from our advertisement partners
  • Opportunities of achievements sharing and bag enlargement for friend invitation via Facebook
  • Bug reports sending via game client
  • Support of devices with iOS versions lower than 8.0 (Apple devices that don’t support update up to iOS 8 and later versions: iPhone 3G S, iPhone 4, iPod Touch (3rd и 4th generations), iPad (1st generation)
  • Game client on Windows Phone platform until the update and approving of the new version on Windows Phone Store (estimated time of approving is approximately 3-4 days)

 

We also recommend to regularly update the application to ensure the reliability, stability and access to all of the available features and new functions.

Can you guys bring "use" option for skills while doing these updates. This new skill hotkey panel messed up almost 80% of player's speed for dgs and also pvps

The free miracle coins achievable by downloading some of their partner's games will be temporarily disabled :smile:

Hello New ADMIN!! does this mean that chinese people cannot earn miracle coins by watching videos and installing apps anymore? bcoz chinese messed up the market. it would be a pleasure if its true.

The reason is not really this, but as Chinese players can't, any of us will not be able to, for now.

My IOS version is 7.1.0, but i cant update latest version of warspear:cryingpumpkin:. As updating going on in the future i cannot play anymore without earning a new phone!

Hello, i am a user of iOS 11 and 10.3.3, but i still cannot login the game since 5 hours ago. 

i just wonder how long should i wait for this new “agreed policy” version of the game app from the Apple App store? because in CET time zone, its alreay 25th of May, 2018 today. 

This is the great disadvantage of the iOS users, i hope this could be sorted out very soon, i feel so much uncomfortable. Thanks in advance.

The app need to be updated to login but i still cant see the update file in Appstore since last 6 hours.

HELLO NEW ADMIN, I HAVE A DOUBT. i play warspear online with using PC and steam. i also have blueestacks, so if i play in steam and bluestacks, that counts as violation of warspear laws? like dual on same device. clear my doubt please 🙂

If you mean playing at the same time 2 accounts on one device, then yes, it is a Violation of EULA.

if i play 2-3 diff accounts one at a time from same device does that mean violation too?

It is, you are allowed to play one account/one device. If you want, you can play 3 different accounts from 3 devices :)

It is a violation of the rule n. 4.2.12 of the EULA

 

Click on that link, in order to see what esle is not allowed, so that you won't risk to be banned or restricted in any way :)

 please fix ios update system or stop launching alot of updates. when ever u release an update i stay own of game for half a day at least cuz i cant download it. game telling me to update, i go app store and there is no update 

find me solution i need spam

Using different devices is not Forbidden. Running 2 copies of the game in one device is Forbidden.

So, to tell the “admin”, you guys should prepare for the iOS players, this is so unfair, the tournament & unique skill books event is going, what is good for iOS users? you took away our play time that having less chance to go dungeons and less chance to get drops than other players. Please dont blame Apple service, it is well-known of slow processing, and more strict than Android, yes. But i think the game company also should have expected of working with Apple... yet the game company never mentioned or reminded about any of this issue with iOS players!! i only noticed and heard from other old players today, right after the daily game reset. Really huge disappointment with this game. what a disadvantage!!
