He is most probably using Virtual Computer program, Since he is spamming with several characters on several servers at the same time. I don't know if blocking devices process is useful in this case, but blocking his accounts will make him create others and lvl them up to 3. Most probably he is spamming simultaneously also in Elf Side. The name should be in one of the screens, but i am going to check it right now. Hey, @Daria, why don't you make a news announcement (at the start up screen in game) to inform players about these sites being phishing sites? Nowadays, these people are either players coming from the opposite side, or bots.
