I have a chamer called Tchernobog on US-Sapphire, used more than 1400 signs on mace and it doesn't amp. Spent already $500 and got nothing in return. I had many sets ready for my Shield. Something like 20 sets. I tried and after the 2nd sign the 10th star enlightned xD Now I need plenty of new items from Halloween. Hopefully lady luck will smile at me this time, and not like last year ( 273 ~ runs for my first drop.
