Не срабатывает рела, кидал хил 50+ раз  и на себя и на союзника и на нпс и на вражескую фракцию даже, просто не срабатывает, проверяйте.

Знаю что шанс срабатывания не зависит от того на кого кидаешь хил.
UPD рела стала срабатывать, но в лучшем случае с 25-30 попытки.

у меня стоит рела такая же на пале

частенько срабатывает
