CAN'T CONNECT!!!

  Since the release of 7.1.1, which was over 2 weeks ago, i haven't been able to connect/play. I messaged the support team numerous times and all they have to say is they are aware of the issue. They haven't given me a time frame as to when they will have this issue figured out and resolved. If you would please let us know when you will fix this issue we would really appreciate it, Thank You So Much!

Try to uninstall and re-install the app in Google Play (if you have Android)

my game never go past the loading screen after you click PLAY, i doesn't even go to the news screen or the character selection screen, its stay loading for sometime and then say failed to connect or something like that, its not an issue for me because i can continue playing in pc which my internet provider for that is the same as my cell

I can send ss to support of results rather than here if I can please, or direct to u if required,  And other guy who ask what the links are, they are there for test speed

@Jessie

 

Just to revive the post, I am experiencing the same since I changed Provider. Cannot play the game on 4G, I just manage to reach the "Home Page" of the game but cannot go further. ( I do not reach the character's selection Page )

 

-Samsung Galaxy S4

-Italy

-Vodafone. 

 

Thank you for the attention. I think it is better to use the already made topics than creating new ones with the same problem :smile:

Apparently I sorted out my problem: It was my provider who, with a thingy called Safe Net or whatever, was denying the access in the game. After I made them shut down this service, my 4G is working perfectly in the game

Sometimes it happens that the internet provider blocks some apps. It might help to contact them and to find out whether this is the case or not:advise:

If it's not the case you are free to come back and to ask for further advices

in few words, I sorted my problem out by contacting my provider. If you are not Vodafone, then just try to call your Provider first and ask them some explainations about why your net does not allow you to use some apps.

Ya im vodafone and i hv connected to my provider and he said nothing is blocked or seeing app as weird or thread 

so any idea now

Kindle fire 7, england , don't use mobile data. all my.other devices seem to be able to play fine and this device can access the internet but can't connect to warspear? I tried a different wifi (at my friends house) over the weekend and it worked so I'm now honestly confused kinda annoying. Also I've already tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times. Please fix
