According to the an automatic email my request was accepted and was to be answered in 5 working days. 15 working days later I've got still no answer from the team. Is it normal to have to wait triple the amount of time? I sent request with the topic "questions and other stuff" or whatever. Not even account related. Thanks for the nearest answer!
