Or maybe for some people it's nice to have low level char that have high amped equipments and high achievments. For them probably it looks badass. Hamstring 78 Posted August 7, 2017 Share Posted August 7, 2017 It's also always been very easy to make a boss lv10 as lv9 purp items were sold in town shops and now lv10 is the first bracket you can use craft items which are reasonably cheap.. many players also keep low levels for event dungeons and farming.
