Relics

I have a question about relics:
Why only rare and some unique relics have a sort of "pop up" above the character as sign that it has been activated and others like Great Relic of Salutary Healing don't have one?

1) Most of the unique relics just work and don't have the pop up to them e.g. high mastery; salutary healing should show the healing fx when it works though.

2) This afaik works similar to the always active relics doesn't it? where it's applied to the mana usage of the skill, check to see if it's less.

I have the salutary healing relic and never see it works, and I don't even understand how to make the relic works, it says"heals the same amount of the ally's health".

 

Healed tank so many times with hp around 3k, and I never get 3k heal.

It works if also your healer doesn't have full hp. 

I know, it's hard too see it and you should try to use your relic on your friends

@Daria, I have a problem with relic system. 

I used a rare relic for to fill the third and last slot of the druid's healer dew skill but it has been substituted with my other rare relic. 

Why?

can't use same type of relic, must be different type relic combination.

and there is notification before relic gonna be replaced.

I haven't read it 

I replaced the health point relic to cooldown one. 

What do you think?

Which? 

Cooldown relic is a difensive type, there is no offensive relic for healing dew

in my opinion u should use unprecedented health for defensive, it's OP asf, and help for link

other possibility is magic power, wich is a nice dmg buff. Im not fond of CD relic personnaly

 

for empowering i think there's only two: great refreshment and great salutary healing.

Salutary healing is stronger but refreshment is good when u heal urself, so it's up to what u prefer and if u go dg a lot or if u more into farming/questing

I personnaly prefer great refreshment cuz i do swamps and arena a lot

LOL! 

For mistake i replaced that relic with Cooldown... I've spent too much gold on relics so maybe i should keep it. 

My druid's hp is 3.9k and Cd ( relic active) 38%. 

In Hard Tower they asked me (heal solo) to heal and make as much damage as possible for to clear it with one stam. 

I hope to console myself with this change of strategy
