Gladiator 1145 Posted May 1, 2017 Share Posted May 1, 2017 It's very good at higher levels, where you start playing against people in Arena, wars, and PvP areas, also in PvE like dungeons and and stuff. But at the beginning, go for max heal and purifying, they will help you in quests more than fetters. If you're a beginner, level up purifying to 3/5 and then heal to 5/5, and then after lvl10, you can start leveling Fetters up to max. So you'd have it 5/5 at lvl18. Regarding its benefits, it locks enemies and disable them from using skills, the duration and the amount of maximum targets (for PvP, since it is limited) increase with leveling up. As I said you won't need disable skills early in the game, so it's only benefit for you as a questor is that it helps you run away from enemies, it'd recommend more damage over that since it would do a good job by keeping enemies locked for a little a bit in 1/5, but later in the game, you'll need those seconds of "stun" more.
