The more people there are going to arena, the smaller the level cap between opponents is. And the level is not everything on arena, anyway. Higgings 1824 Posted January 26, 2017 Share Posted January 26, 2017 My party of lv14s defeated 2 lv18s and 1 lv14, all belonging to the same guild in EU-Emerald, the best one in elf side. As Daria said, a good teamwork helps you a lot in arena As for lv18s, nowadays lv 18 arena chars have all the skill slots unlocked. Personally, I don't see any problem there.
