I don't see why they put time into it.

Let's say you use a skill that has 30 sec cd, if the relic activates it will be 18 for the next use. Because if it was only for a certain amount of time, then after that time the cooldown will be back to normal, unless the skill has less cooldown than the effect time. You know what I mean?

In that example, let's say it lasts 10 secs, then after 10 secs it won't have 8 secs left, but 20.

Or am I missing something?

Depends on how it works, didn't try, and the description isn't helping to understand it, nor are devs. :unknw:

But anyway it might be a waste :shypanda:, since there is this another one that with 10% chance allows to re-use without cd. So why would anyone pick that one? Chance must be increased.

What about Terrible Relic of Weakness?

It says reduce 10% hp but Ive tried on Spawn just reduce 1500. Isn't that just 0.1%? Better change the effect like necro Deathly Eye, only 2 times. Because dev said they will give limit of the skill effect, not reducing the skill effect.

Its broken

I have it and other relic 10% on same skill

The other offensive relic works perfectly and that relic never worked

And 10% chance is low unless it last for 30-50 sec because skills thats used on are 15-10 sec interval

So 10sec active time and and 10% active chance is bullshit

Fix pls i say again this relic never work used for 2 days

Test rate

0:25 for the other offensive relic

Different skills used

The first used on dmg skill like blow or merc

The 2nd work on argo debuff and shield like necro shield and roar
