"Hello, I have a problem with the ability to Mage's Blinding Fire, when I use this skill on an enemy doesn't harm and so on a pvp it doesn't work because the probability of blinding him is almost nothing, please consider this bug, thanks" Checarlos02/Owider - Spanish forum Blinding Fire.
