TheQuestion 21
I'm wondering if anyone can give me, or lead me, to some help. Is using skills cooldown good or bad? Is it mainly a pvp attribute or is it good for pve aswell? -Is it class dependant? Meaning, is it good only for a specific class? -Is it worth the sacrifice of other attributes like crit etc. Detailed answer would be appreciated. 0 Nosotraes 350
From my experience it is very useful in both PvP and PvE. It's pretty much self-explainatory. It's not class dependent, it's based on the original cooldown of the skill.

Agree and for addition, cd very good for caster specially healer, its help a lot when dungeon or killing boss, cuz you need fast cd for heal skill, so your pt will not die in dg or when farming
0 Deathrisen 3
Think of it like this the faster your skills are available the more damage or healing you can do so it's good
0 MCocktail 183
yes, it would be worth sacrificing stats for cd. i only would be cautios with mana regen tho, you need a shit ton of mana regen
