[2016.06.09] Warspear Online Update 5.8 “Dragon’s Ritual”. Release

Warriors of Arinar!
 
Warspear Online update 5.8 is now ready and will be available right after servers restart. Owners of Android, iOS, Windows Phone 8, Windows, OS X and Linux - get ready to join in an epic celebration! Note that versions for different platforms may appear with some delay.
 
In this update you can revisit the Horror Circus and Snow Boundary! With new holiday quests, skills, treasures in Dungeons, holiday chests, important changes in Guilds and much more. Don’t miss out, the celebration will only last until the end of June! Detailed information about the event can be found in our recent preview.
 
Presents for everyone!
 

Each player starting from 5th level will receive a gift: 20 tickets to ride and Seeker’s stamina elixir! Use them wisely!
 
Achievements
 
New legendary achievement for the first Guild to reach level 10.
 
Changes and fixes
 

Character kills counter
 
Changed counting system based on player’s characters when completing quests and achievements.
 
Kills are now counted for the player who struck the final hit. If playing in a group, the kill for completing quests applies as a credit to the whole group. The kill for receiving an achievement counts only for the player who struck the last hit.  
 
Guild skills
 
3rd level. Invisibility. Increased effect duration.
 
4th level. Blessing. Increased effect duration.
 
5th level. Health rejuvenation. Skill now restores both health and energy. The third skill level also adds 10% to health and energy for 2 minutes.
 
6th level. Energy regeneration. Replaced by new skill “Patronage”. Players create a shield that holds up to 3000 damage for 3 minutes. Note this doesn’t work in Arena.
 
7th level. Totem. Increased damage and attack speed. Damage does not stop the enemies but slows them.
 
Dungeons
 
Fixed bug with occasional missed kill counter in relation to Marena in Tree of Seasons. Rebalanced difficulty on different levels.
 
Items
 
Battle Maul’s (15 lvl) bonus Accuracy replaced by “Physical damage”.
 
Arena
 
Fix bug with players below 4th level entering the Arena.
 
Keyboard
 
Improved performance of Android keyboards.
 
This is it for now, but there will be more epic features in the future, follow our news!

Kills are now counted for the player who struck the final hit. If playing in a group, the kill for completing quests applies as a credit to the whole group. The kill for receiving an achievement counts only for the player who struck the last hit.  

 

 

I don't understand. So now if one group try to kill boss ( ex: Joker) and solo guy have last hit it's him who complete  quest ?

Guild lvl 10 is a bad news, guilds lvl 8 are already too strong (additional damages, resilience)

Now the 100 most active players will rule every tournament even more

​increased guild slot for members became way to exaggerated in my opinion, lower guild levels cant complete anymore and might turn players inside those guild down and guild becomes too overpower

In other words, several months for an update just to fix skills?

 

fixing skills is not forum posting, it's a complicated task to perform

What disappoints me in this event is that there was no unique reward for completing the event quest chain like last year and the year before that.

 

Edit: It appears it was just a bug... But the thing that is now disappointing me is that the descriptions in the gravestones are old.

Now many will cry for kill steals, or beg for last hit
And many will wait others kill to jump in at last second
Better give kill to who does most dmg in the last 10% hp

there is a bug with "sweet dreams" quest in horror...when the mirrors atk it becomes "in combat" and can not take qst item.

and one more thing...the most dmg should get get the drop and achievement...not the last hitter...it will only make more stealer and disturber.

Why everything is small (chat, skill icons, menu… ) ? Do you intend to leave it or go back as it was before ?

 

Particularly I prefer as it was before ... Mainly skill icons :(

Is realy frustrating to touch the wrong skill all the time

Each event we have more damage items, but where are strong defence equipements?

Few richs can afford 15% hp craft items, but global damages increased for everyone and defense is nearly the same. <_<

 

PvP is quicker than before, why not adding 7% def armors for example?

 

(And I won't speak about OP vamp runes compared to hp runes)
