0 Bloodylipa 1 Posted May 22, 2012 Share Posted May 22, 2012 New ones balance better. Before any level item of 12+ got the same enchant. Which is not fair, and items under 12 got a very low enchant. The new system weakens lv13 for new players yes, but thats just balancing the enchants. The new enchants are still just as strong as old ones but you need lv17-18 items to get them equal to the old.
