April 2, 201610 yr Does fear chances Inc from Fire Ball, Blazing Ground, or both.. Fear plays a huge roll when mage kite. Idk there's a topic about it but I need answers ASAP.
April 3, 201610 yr I kind of don't understand your question.... but Fire Ball is the one that causes "fear" Blazing Ground just has to be active in order for a chance for fear to activate. If you're asking if putting points into Fire Ball increase the chance of Fear activating under Blazing Ground...I don't know. But you would probably put points into Fire Ball regardless for the damage anyways.

April 28, 201610 yr the fear is like 3/5 only in every level of fireball and blazing. the chance is like 0.01%
May 3, 201610 yr Author I would never trust such a combo like that for pvp either way. Completely useless. If you pro with overload it's handy but still no fear
