It's worth depends on the price of catalysts as well as the personal preference of whoever is crafting it. Some charge for craft and that charge varies from person to person. Some may tell you to give them resources, I'm not saying it's 100% but they may be scammers. A good thing to do would be to check if they have the magic craft achievement. Otherwise it's gonna be cheaper if you crafting yourself, like Snowman said, if your level is close enough. Just now I noticed that you are on elf side, eu xD my friend Abik can craft it for you, without charges if you get him the resources, or maybe a small fee but as far as I know he's able to craft for free if he's given the materials.
