The support team and Devs/Admins don't work on weekends though, so on monday you might get an answer. And it's just three days anyway, next week will be another sign sale. Send your ticket to our support and we'll solve your problem. This is autoban system, it can be triggered when your credit card country od issue doesn't match with your actual location.
