It can be drawn or only made on computer There's no special condition regarding it. But it's much easier to implement a screenshot via computer or smartphone.

Mate no ones forces you to create an account, as this contest is not a must for any player, but it's a chance to all players to win something. They didn't consider "all those problems" for sure ( i think xD ).

I do believe it would at least show that I have put in effort.
