WHY NO UPDATES FOR LOW LEVEL PLAYERS ?

Featured Replies

To the developers of Warspear Online. Why are there no updates or new content for players below level 30, especially in the level 16 and 14 range, where many players used to gather? Even issues with the arena are not being fixed, making it feel like the developers don't care if it functions or not. By pushing everyone toward high levels instead of providing updates for lower levels, players are quitting the game. Please provide updates for low levels just as you do for high levels, as we also spend a lot of money on the game.

I'm a player who, for some totally unexplainable reason, decided to get stuck on the first map just because I love killing those bosses and collecting bars (yes, low-level PvE players exist too). I demand that you expand first map content so my +10 fully booked low-level PvE character doesn't get bored. Don't forget we exist too!

As someone who also enjoys playing level 14 char, I totally support this thread. Please everyone who'd just tell low level enjoyers like this Kochu guy to level up, just shut up. They have contributed a lot in their communities.

I have all levels but since level 34 release, I have had thoughts to never level up my chars beyond 34. It's not too far fetched to think that my level 34s will soon be considered "useless low level" like level 16, 14, or even 20.

the point is not only to demand update those who choose to stay low level, but to make whole low level activity relevant. im playing lvl 34 only and i saw that no new players entering the game anymore, people you saw on map 1 are either a bot or some alt account, sometimes i saw a real newb but only to leave after a weeks tops. why? because there is so much things to catch up and ofcourse being weak is not fun, imagine you look at dealer and saw most weapon and armor is basically worthless, no worth in grinding especially on lower levels. there is no reason to love this game at all as a newbie.

In my opinion, the thing you said in almost all of this topic are really short sighted to the point that it is dissapointing, you did not see the big picture. Devs can update late game content as much as they want but those veterans player bound to leave one by one, half of my friendlist in game already left, and when they left there is no new player joining. just like in real life when eventually mortality rate is bigger than birth rate sooner or later it will end up an extinction (the game is dead, server got shut down).

in my opinion Developers need to think on how to make this game interisting in lower levels so new player has the spirit to keep playing despite the more than 20 years of content they missed.

Yeah, it's clear we're concerned about new players, but from my perspective, the lack of content is the least of their problems. Any new player knows by common sense that the further you progress, the better the rewards get and the more new content you unlock. But in Warspear, the further you go, the more useless you become. The reward system is way behind the level of expenses required as a player levels up. Why am I going to keep playing if I'm just as useless as when I started?

I honestly don't get why some people think a low-level cross-realm arena is going to solve any of the issues new players face. Who are we actually helping here? New players? Or the low-level cult with their +10 full books accounts?

From my point of view, the last thing new players need is another hellhole that will stall their progress and only make bot owners and the low-level cult happy

And what would make them wanna progress further? What i mean is make the whole map become relevant. Make some items that only obtainable through low lvl dungeons relevant until max level. Could be talismans could be anything. Make them count, make people wanna help those low levels. Make them have friends!

This topic doesnt talk about cross realm arena. And while it wont fix the problem completely, it will help to make low level activity atleast higher. But i think other kind of updates would be more preffered. Like those items i spoke.
