Equalized Arena Mode – Fair PvP for All

Featured Replies

I’d like to suggest a new arena mode. In bracket-based battles (like level 27–34), all characters and equipment are upgraded to the max level for that range, which is great for fairness. However, amplification (+1 to +10) is not equalized, and this often makes matches dominated by players with highly amped gear.

My proposal: create a mode where amplification is standardized. Two possible versions could work:

• No amplification mode – all equipment treated as +0, so fights are purely skill-based.

• Max amplification mode – all equipment treated as +10, so everyone fights at peak potential.

Benefits of this change:

• Fair competition – reduces pay-to-win imbalance.

• Skill expression – highlights teamwork, positioning, and decision-making.

• Accessibility – encourages newer or casual players to join PvP.

• Retention – keeps mid-level players engaged longer.

• Variety – adds diversity to PvP modes, appealing to different playstyles.

And to clarify — this wouldn’t make amplification useless. Amped PvP gear would still be very important in GvG, open-world PvP, dungeons, and other modes outside the equalized arena. So it’s still worth investing in amplification; this suggestion is only about giving players a fairer option inside the arena.

I believe this would make arena battles more enjoyable and balanced.
