Wyvecrab, the Claw of the Frozen Abyss

In the far northern reaches of the Snow Boundary Mountains, a land that has never known the warmth of summer, snow falls throughout the year. Rivers freeze all the way to their beds, while thick white mist constantly blankets the deep ravines.

It is in this frozen wilderness that an ancient monster known as Wyvecrab dwells.

Its body resembles that of a gigantic serpent, covered in blue ice-like scales. Sharp ice crystals grow along its body, shimmering beneath the pale light of the frozen mountains. Two enormous ice claws protrude from the front of its body, serving as both its hands and its primary weapons for hunting.

However, the most terrifying part of Wyvecrab is its tail.

At the end of its tail is a massive ice crystal resembling a mace. According to legend, anything touched by this crystal can be instantly frozen.

The Origin of Wyvecrab

According to legend, thousands of years ago, a devastating snowstorm swept across the mountains and lasted for hundreds of years.

In the middle of the endless blizzard, a gigantic crystal meteor fell from the sky and became buried deep within a ravine beneath the mountain.

The energy released by the crystal slowly seeped into the surrounding earth, transforming the creatures that lived there.

And it was there, deep within the frozen abyss, that Wyvecrab was born.
