UI Scaling Fault for 7201280 & 10801960 in XS MODE

Featured Replies

Dear Game Master,
I’m writing to report a bug regarding UI scaling following the latest game update. I’ve been playing the game in portrait one-handed mode on a 720×1280 resolution mobile device. After this update, I’m no longer able to fit all ten skills onto a single skill bar.
I initially suspected the issue stemmed from my device or incorrect in-game settings. However, after a full day of troubleshooting, I’ve confirmed this is an in-game bug. All devices mentioned below feature a 9:16 aspect ratio with the UI set to XS MODE:
  • The UI scales correctly only on 900×1600 resolution screens;
  • Abnormal UI scaling occurs on both 720×1280 and 1080×1960 resolutions.
Attached are three stitched screenshots arranged left to right for comparison: 720×1280, 900×1600, and 1080×1960 respectively. It is clearly visible that the UI scale of the first and third samples is larger than the second one. The second screenshot shows the intended proper display, matching the UI layout I had prior to the update.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi!

Please specify which setting was used for the Quick Action Bar?

All three resolution screenshots were captured using the Adaptive and Center modes. During my tests, the same issue occurred when using Single Line with Left Align or Right Align. ..the same bug:pig1gy:

Thank you! What device(s) you've tested? Model, OS

I used to play games on the Redmi 7A, an Android phone. This time, to test issues under different screen resolutions, I ran tests with MuMu Simulator, which also runs on Android 12.

Thank you very much for taking my reported issue seriously. I have updated the client to the latest version 13.4.1, but the problem still persists. Please find my screenshots attached below.
