Legionn 88 Posted May 4 Posted May 4 (edited) Hello everyone, After being away for many years due to real-life responsibilities, I’ve recently decided to start playing again. Since it has been a very long time, I would really appreciate a brief update on the current state of the game. I have looked around a little, but rather than going through countless forum posts, I thought it would be better to ask experienced players directly. I have a few questions: What is the current maximum level? Has the general approach to leveling and questing changed, or is it mostly the same as before? Are there any major updates, systems, or tips that a returning player should know about? Any useful advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! Edited May 4 by Legionn Quote
vavavi 290 Posted May 4 Posted May 4 34. It's mostly the same, but depending on how long you've been gone, there are a lot more ways to boost your xp gain. As for tips, once again, not sure how long you've been gone, but talents play a major role nowadays. There are a lot of them, which can be daunting, but the regular knowledge and almahad talents are by far the biggest. They are pretty much essential to get, since the boosts from them alter the way you play and how well you can perform in major ways. They will take some time to get, but there should be a 50% talent price event coming soon which will help you catch up. I highly recommend taking full advantage of that when it comes around. As for gameplay mechanics, it hasn't changed that much. There's plenty of new content to do, but the basics are the same. A lot of this content is tied to guilds however, so trying to join an active one will be beneficial. A lot of these activities also provide reputation/knowledge towards progressing with talents. Other than that, there are some pretty big difficulty jumps when it comes to later levels. After you pass through t4 in ayvondil, t5 and almahad are both pretty large leaps forward difficulty wise, so be prepared for that. Quote
