Even in the current scenario with extremely high damage, this new difficulty could be implemented. I believe it's not impossible to see in the current scenario. Quote

Make it like 4 man dg: 0/1 tank 0/1 healer 0/2 damage dealer 8 man dg: 0/2 tanks 0/2 healers 0/4 damage dealers 16 man dg 0/4 tanks 0/4 healers 0/8 damage dealers 32 boss raid dg 0/8 tanks 0/8 healers 0/16 damage dealers Add a shared multi drop system.
