And it's still not a thing. Some costumes get a personal parametre after equiping it, cannot be sold after that, but we can still put it on. Something like that would be nice to see with skins. Tho, I've got another idea (so it's good for both GMs and players ) like licenses, a regular one sold at a NPC shop, special ones are hanging around in the miracle shop. The same can happen to cleansing scrolls. A regular one sold cheaply at a NPC. And the ones, in the miracle shop, which will let you keep your skin in your pockets after the removal.
