When you are going for a full block build you need to use block rings and they have bad stats. For example as a paladin i need magic too but block ring has got a life regenerstion bonus.I mean cmon, a shield half my size giving same block chance with my rings? thats just broken. A passive %5-10 more block chance should be given when wearing a shield or the block chance should increase with defense while amping. block rune can be placed on belts and shields.
