How to get this set?

It seems a set you get by crafting. You can see special craftable objects only starting from lv10.

you could see that information if you just touch to dungeon entrance

It says suggested character level 7 but I wanted to ask, because my character is level 7, if he reaches level 15, will I still get a drop from this dungeon for level 7? If not what is maximal level I can get drop from that dg 7?

Generally, if you could drop anything from a dungeon you'd see a list of possible rewards the very moment you cross the dg's threshold (hence why the user's reply). If you see no drop list for that dungeon it means you won't get anything from there. 

 

Considering your level though, I doubt you can get any drops from that dungeon.

Okay, I checked it out. I created a new character for this purpose, and it turns out that I get drops from dungeon 7 at level 13, but not at level 14. And it's actually as you wrote, that at level 14, you can't see the rewards from that dungeon when you click on it. Actually Malik Campbell answers correct, thank you Malik.
