Few things that should be changed (Friendlist, War buffs, Character inspection)

Greetings, players!
I would like to present three proposals for your consideration, two of which are closely related. Allow me to explain my perspective and the reasons why I believe these changes would improve the game.

1. Friends list.
Adding players to the friends list is one of the simplest and most frequently used features in the game. However, it is often used in two very different ways. On the one hand, it serves to maintain contact and cooperate with other players. On the other hand, it can be misused to harass and disturb others.
For example, one might create a new character on the opposing faction and add specific players in order to track their online status, interfere with their gameplay, attack them, or otherwise disrupt their experience.
My proposal is to introduce a confirmation system for friend requests: when a player sends a friend request, the recipient must approve it before the players are added to each other's lists.
Additionally, it would be beneficial to implement an option in the settings to automatically ignore friend requests, similar to how it is currently possible to ignore guild or party invitations.
Furthermore, when one player removes another from their friends list, the system should automatically remove that player from the other’s list as well, ensuring mutual disconnection.

2. Equipment inspection.
The ability to inspect other player's equipment creates numerous issues across the server.
Some players have a deep understanding of the game and are capable of developing unique builds. Unfortunately, many others simply copy these builds, which discourages creativity and diminishes the incentive to thoroughly learn game mechanics.
This leads to situations where players repeatedly question others about their builds or expect to receive complete solutions without putting in the effort themselves.
Additionally, inspecting enemy equipment by creating a character on the opposing faction undermines the element of surprise in PvP scenarios. Players who invest effort in innovative builds quickly lose their strategic advantage, as opponents can easily analyze their setups.
I propose that equipment inspection should not be completely removed but restricted to players who are on one’s friends list. In this way, each player can decide for themselves who is permitted to view their equipment, which aligns with the previously mentioned changes to the friend system. This would prevent random individuals or hostile players from accessing this information.

3. War buffs.
War buffs obtained on secondary maps should be disabled in certain contexts, specifically during arena battles and guild-versus-guild (GvG) wars.
On servers where one faction holds overwhelming dominance, the weaker faction often stands no chance of winning the war and may even abstain from participating, knowing the odds are insurmountable.
Consequently, these buffs further exacerbate the imbalance during arena fights, where skills and equipment should ideally play the decisive role.
In my opinion, war buffs are excessively powerful in PvP situations and should therefore be disabled in arenas and GvG conflicts.
An additional suggestion is to block the initiation of wars on secondary maps in cases where there is a significant numerical imbalance between factions. This measure could help mitigate the issue of one-sided domination.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts on these proposals.
