Open the picture on "Paint" and click on the "Resize" button next to "select" Now just experiment and reduce the horizontal and vertical size This will reduce the image size and the number of bytes. I also didnt notice it becoz at first the max size was higher o.O then after some times i changed my pic, i notice it. So, i have to resize my pic 1st before use it as a profile pic... New users (people who have less than twelve posts) can't change their profile picture. Because of the forum system limitations it appears to them that the max size for profile pictures is 0kb.
