How to Join the Warspear Online Partner Program

1. You must be an active player in Warspear Online with at least one character at level 32 or higher on your account.
2. You must own the channel or community involved, and be able to prove ownership.
3. You must comply with the rules of the platform you upload your content to.
4. You must comply with the Rules of Conduct, License Agreement, and the Terms & Conditions of the Warspear Online Partner Program.
5. At least 40% of your channel's content must be dedicated to Warspear Online.
6. You must maintain a consistent schedule when uploading content. If you're making two videos each month, try to spread them out evenly rather than upload all at once or in the same week.
7. Keep it real with your views and subscriber numbers; avoid driving up the numbers artificially.

Terms & Conditions of the Warspear Online Partner Program

1. Definitions
1.1. For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms are defined as:
 1.1.1. Administrator – The official representative of the Warspear Online team responsible for interacting with Program participants.
    1.1.2. Channel/Community – The Author's content platform on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, or Discord.
    1.1.3. Author – The content creator participating in the Partner Program.
    1.1.4. Partner Program – An initiative aimed at fostering a community around Warspear Online and supporting community creators and creators of original video content and livestreams.
    1.1.5. Video – A short film about Warspear Online, offering educational, informative, or entertaining material.
    1.1.6. Livestream – A live broadcast of Warspear Online gameplay by the Author.
    1.1.7. Post – A post that includes text, images, and/or video related to Warspear Online, offering educational, informative, or entertaining material.
    1.1.8. License Agreement – The document that governs the relationship between the Warspear Online team and its users.
 

2. Content of Videos, Livestreams, and Posts:
  2.1. All Livestreams, Videos, and Posts must be the original creative work of the Author, with the Author retaining sole ownership of the published content.
  2.2. The Author must ensure their Videos, Livestreams, and Posts do not contain:
    2.2.1. The use of tobacco products (including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, smoking pipes, chewing tobacco, etc.) or the consumption of alcoholic beverages without informing viewers of the associated risks and legal consumption requirements.
    2.2.2. The depiction of prohibited substances or products related to drugs, either directly or indirectly.
    2.2.3. Adult content, including pornographic, erotic, or provocative visual or audio materials.
    2.2.4. The portrayal of physical and/or psychological violence, including content that may shock viewers or encourage dangerous or illegal activities.
    2.2.5. Discriminatory content related to politics, religion, or intolerance toward individuals or groups, including social minorities or different ethnicities.
  2.3. Videos, Livestreams, and Posts must not infringe on copyrights, patents, or other forms of intellectual property, including privacy rights, the right to authorize or prohibit public use, or any third-party rights.
  2.4. Content within Videos, Livestreams, and Posts must not harm the reputation of Warspear Online employees, representatives, or other games created by the company.
  2.5. Content must not encourage actions or inactions that violate the Warspear Online License Agreement, including promoting fraudulent gaming schemes. Links or references to websites or other resources containing such information are strictly prohibited.
  2.6. The Author must include the full name of the game, Warspear Online, in the titles and descriptions of Videos, Livestreams, and Posts.
  2.7. Content within Videos, Livestreams, and Posts must comply with the legal regulations of the jurisdiction where the content is created.
 

3. Intellectual Property and Licensing
  3.1. The Author grants the Administrator a worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use, copy, publicly display, reproduce, distribute (directly or through third parties), and publish their Videos, Livestreams, or Posts by any means. 

 

4. Conduct Guidelines
  4.1. The Author must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of the platforms they use for sharing their content (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Telegram, or Discord).
  4.2. The Author is prohibited from:
    4.2.1. Engaging in or promoting fraudulent activities meant to artificially inflate subscriber counts, content views, or otherwise manipulate metrics.
    4.2.2. Violating or encouraging others to violate the Warspear Online License Agreement.
    4.2.3. Utilizing or endorsing third-party software that affects the game client or gameplay, or making unauthorized modifications or additions to the game.
    4.2.4. Soliciting account information from users or disclosing users' personal data without obtaining their explicit consent beforehand.
 

5. Data and Privacy
  5.1. Upon request, the Author is obligated to provide the Administrator with statistics regarding their Video, Livestream, Post, or Channel/Community.
  5.2. The Author must submit accurate contact information to the Administrator when applying for the Partner Program and promptly notify the Administrator of any changes.
   5.3. The Author must not disclose any information deemed confidential by the Administrator or any other private information.
 
6. Terms and Termination
  6.1. The Author officially joins the Partner Program upon receiving confirmation from the Administrator via Discord.
  6.2. Membership in the Partner Program ceases automatically if the Program is discontinued.
  6.3. The Administrator reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Author's participation in the Partner Program at any time and for any reason, with one day's notice, without compensation. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:
    6.3.1. Violation of any terms of the Partner Program by the Author.
    6.3.2. Lack of response from the Author for more than 14 days following an attempt to make contact using the provided details.
    6.3.3. Content that fails to meet the Administrator's standards for quality or informativeness.
    6.3.4. Suspected involvement in fraudulent activities that artificially inflated subscriber numbers or view counts on the Channel.
  6.4. The Author reserves the right to withdraw from the Partner Program at any time, forfeiting any associated benefits, by notifying the Administrator at least 7 calendar days in advance.
 

7. Additional Provisions
  7.1. Participation in the Partner Program does not establish an employment, agency, partnership, or legal representation relationship between the Author and the Warspear Online team. The Author does not have the authority to obligate the Warspear Online team, nor can the Warspear Online team be held liable for the Author's actions.

Program Tiers and Monthly Rewards

The Warspear Online Partner Program is divided into two main categories: one for video content creators and streamers (YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok), and one for community creators (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and Discord). Each category is further divided into four levels.

Within both categories, each level has specific monthly point requirements that must be met to earn rewards. Points can be accumulated through different types of content, with each type earning different amounts of points.

Long Videos (3 Points)

• Make sure your videos run for a minimum of 3 minutes. 
• Maintain a video resolution of at least 720p (1280x720 for 16:9 aspect ratios or 1280x960 for 4:3). 
• Keep your videos free from distortion and true to their original proportions.
• Your videos should be shareable and embeddable across different platforms.
• Remember to switch off World and Guild chat while recording.
• Include the following tags in your descriptions: #Warspear #MMORPG #RPG #PvP #PvE #retrogames #pixelgames
• Make sure to attach the game link in your descriptions.

Livestreams (2 Points)

• Make sure your livestreams run for a minimum of 30 minutes.
• Keep your livestreams free from distortion and true to their original proportions.
• Your livestreams should be shareable and embeddable across different platforms.
• Include the following tags in your descriptions: #Warspear #MMORPG #RPG #PvP #PvE #retrogames #pixelgames
• Make sure to attach the game link in your descriptions.

Short Videos (YouTube Shorts/Tiktok) (1 Point)

• Make sure your videos run for a maximum of 1 minute. 
• Maintain a video resolution of at least 720p (720x1280 for 9:16 aspect ratios).
• Keep your videos free from distortion and true to their original proportions.
• Your videos should be shareable and embeddable across different platforms.
• Remember to switch off world and guild chat while recording.
• Include the following tags in your descriptions: #Warspear #MMORPG #RPG #PvP #PvE #retrogames #pixelgames
• Make sure to attach the game link in your descriptions.

Community Posts (1 Point)

• Make sure your posts contain both text and either an image or video.
• If your post focuses on an image or video, include only a brief text description.
• If your post is primarily text-based, add an image or video to support the main idea.

Content Themes

We'll regularly suggest content themes that are optional to participate in, but if you create content based on these themes, you can earn extra rewards!

For every 3 points you earn from content related to the suggested themes, you'll receive a matching bonus.

For example, if a Level 2 Partner posts a long video on a special theme (3 points) and hosts two livestreams (4 points) in a month, they will receive an additional 1,000 Miracle Coins on top of their regular rewards!

How to Apply

Before you apply, make sure that your content from the past 30 days meets the Program's requirements. If you've just started your channel or community, produce some content first, then apply after 30 days. By applying for the Program, you agree that you have thoroughly read through the Partner Program Terms & Conditions, the Warspear Online License Agreement, the content technical requirements, and that you are familiar with all of the details provided on this page.

What's next after I submit my application?
Once your application is approved, you'll receive an email from an administrator within 7 working days with instructions for the next steps.
 

How will we communicate?
We keep in touch with our partners via email and the #partnership channel on our official Warspear Online Discord server. If you're brought on board, you'll be added to the channel and given a role based on your partner level. Our administrators may also message you directly to discuss any necessary details.
 

When will I receive my rewards?
We send out rewards between the 15th and 20th of the month following the content release, e.g. content released in January will be rewarded between February 15-20. The amount you receive is based on your partner level and how well your videos align with any extra themes.
 

How will you rank me?
Our administrators review channels and communities monthly to ensure that everyone is meeting their level requirements. To reach a certain level, you must upload the required amount of content monthly and achieve the required monthly views (see the participation terms above for details).
 

How can I level up in the Program?
You have 60 days to meet the content requirements for the next level you aim to reach.
 

What if I go silent on the administrators?
If our administrators need to clear something up, they will reach out to you via Discord direct message. If you are absent for 14 days without notifying them, you will be removed from the Program.
 

Where do I find the extra month themes?
Check out the #partnership channel on Discord every month for the latest themes that can earn you an extra reward. We'll also send them via email!
 

Is there still a trial month for new participants? How do I qualify for the Program now?
New creators must consistently produce content for Warspear Online for a period of 30 days before applying. Program administrators will review this content when evaluating your application.
 

I'm already part of the Partner Program. Do I need to reapply?
No, current members will keep their status. However, your level of participation will be re-evaluated under the updated rules.
 

Can I upload my content to multiple platforms (e.g. YouTube Shorts and TikTok)? Do views from all platforms count?
Yes! If you post the same video on multiple platforms, the views will be combined when calculating your monthly view count. Just be sure to include all the platforms in your application!
 

Can I choose two categories and earn rewards for both?
Yes, but each category will be evaluated separately. For example, if you're a level II video creator and you decide to start a Telegram channel, your community will be assessed independently based on the criteria for communities and won't automatically receive level II status.

Do I have a doubt, or what happens if my videos do not reach 500 views as a member, but instead of sending two videos with 500 views and sending 4 videos with 250, am I reaching the necessary views? Or are they disabled?

Buenos días, entre a la publicación super contento y feliz, porque pensaba que era alguna mejora para los creadores de contenido con partner, cual es mi sorpresa que ahora se podrá hacer sorteos, dinámicas para regalo o también obtener monedas milagrosas extra para los creadores que son partner algo grandioso. Pero cual fue mi disgusto, que ahora las visitas no serán acumuladas por mes como era anteriormente, si no que ahora será por video individual, ya que para hacer socio o partner nivel 2 " necesitas 2 videos con 500 vistas cada uno, como resultado nos da 1000 vistas por mes" pero ahora que pasa para esos creadores que sus videos no llegan a 500 vistas pero lo compensa por cantidad de videos un ejemplo " subo 4 videos en un mes y cada video me genera 300 vistas por lo cual en este mes hice 1200 vistas, entonces sume 200 vistas mas que el anterior mes " pero como ahora las visitas no son acumulables ya necesito videos con 500 vistas para que tenga validez, entonces la mayoría de los creadores que son socios quedaran estancados en el socio y partner nivel 1 recibiendo 800 monedas milagrosas, algo desafortunado y que desanimara a los creadores.

 

Por lo cual llegue a la idea de que las visitas deben ser sumables con todos los video de ese mes y no con este nuevo métodos de puntos, ya que con este nuevo método muchas visitas no se contaran, por cual deberían de cambiar el sistema de puntos por el anterior, todo lo demás me ha encantando. Y recuerden esto se debe sentir como un pasatiempo divertido con mi juego favorito y no sentir presión por las visitas por video un poca altas.

Good morning, I came across the post super happy and thrilled, because I thought it was some kind of improvement for content creators with a partner. What was my surprise is that now you can do raffles, giveaways, or even get extra miracle coins for creators who are partners, which is great. But what was my disappointment, that now the visits will not be accumulated per month as it was before, but now it will be per individual video, since to become a partner or partner level 2 "you need 2 videos with 500 views each, as a result it gives us 1000 views per month" but now what happens to those creators whose videos do not reach 500 views but it compensates for the number of videos, an example "I upload 4 videos in a month and each video generates 300 views, so this month I made 1200 views, so I added 200 more views than the previous month" but as now the visits are not cumulative I already need videos with 500 views for it to be valid, then the majority of the creators who are partners will remain stuck at partner and partner level 1 receiving 800 miracle coins, something unfortunate and that will discourage the creators.

So I came to the idea that the views should be added up with all the videos of that month and not with this new points method, since with this new method many views will not be counted, so they should change the points system for the previous one, everything else I have loved. And remember this should feel like a fun pastime with my favorite game and not feel pressure for the views per video a little high.
