The transfer itself wouldn't be hard to implement. But I don't see this happening since it can weaken servers and damage the economy (market) with players jumping around servers.

Isso é algo que nunca será implementado, eu já postei algo semelhante e outras pessoas também, os devs só procuram lucro, eles não fazem nada que vai beneficiar o jogador, pq sabem q não há concorrência e são bastante gananciosos.
