Addtional effects to skills under Stealth

Hello everyone,

As we know rogue is little bit outdated, i have some ideas for rogue, outdated skills can be reworked and we can get addtional skill effects under stealth. there is my ideas about skills, makes rogue more useful in groups i think they are not to op :pirate:

 

Merciless Strike:

Attacks the enemy, dealing physical damage plus % of the Physical Power.
On stealth: reduce enemy Magical and Physical Defence by % for ? sec
Skill progression increases duration, power of the effect and the damage done to target. 

 

Kick in the Back:

Applies Push in the Back to the enemy for ? sec, reducing their Accuracy by %.
On Stealth: Reduce enemy Cooldown by %, using skill does not reveal the character.
Skill progression increases the power and duration of the effect

 

Dodging:

Increases the character Dodge chance by % for ? sec.
On Stealth: Reduce cost energy of using skills by % for ? sec.
Skill progression increases the power of the effect.

 

Gouge:

Applies Sleep to all enemies within 1 yard for ? sec. While affected, targets cannot move, attack, or use skills. This effect breaks on damage. Allows the character to use Stealth within ? sec.
On Stealth: skill raduis now is 2 yards, addtional remove control effect from ? allies with chance depends of their HP, the lowest it goes the highest chance u got to remove controlling effect
Can only affect up to ? player targets, with no limit on monster targets.
Skill progression increases the duration of the effect and the number of allies and targets hits 

 

Elusive Jump:

Teleports the character to the enemy, dealing physical pamage for % of the character Physical Power and % of this damage to all targets 1 yard around the target.
On Stealth: Teleport to the enemy, dealing physical damage for % of the character Physical Power. All enemies ? yards around the target getting negative debuff decreasing their movement and attack speed by % for ? sec. 
Skill progression increases the damage done to targets, duartion and skill effect. 

 

Poison Blades:

Applies Poison Blades to the character for ? sec. The first successful auto-attack or instand skill under this effect will apply Poisoning to the enemy for ? sec, causing physical damage for % of the character Physical Damage every 3 sec.
On Stealth: Apply Poison Blades buff to ? ally in ? yard near character. The first successful auto-attack or instant skill unter this effect will applu Poisoning to the enemy for ? sec, causing physical or magical damage for % of the character Physical or Magical Damage every 3 sec.
Character can get only one effect of Poison Blades. 
Skill progression increases the duration of the effect and damage done.

 

Rikochet:

Attacks the enemy, dealing physical damage to them for % of the characters Physical Power and to all enemies within ? yards. Each subsequent target takes % less damage.
On Stealth: successful hits apply positive effect to character that increasing Physical Power by % for ? sec per hit. Max number stacks of effect is ?
Can only affect up to ? player targets and ? monster targets.
Skill progression increases the max number of stacks, damage done, number of target hits, duration and power of positive effect. 

 

Extermination:

Applies Extermination to the character for ? sec, increasing Attack Speed by % for each equipped dagger, Attack Speed by % and Skill Cooldown by % for each equipped one-handed sword, or Skill Cooldown by % for each equipped one-handed axe.
On Stealth: Addtional giving positive effect that give % penetration.
Skill progression increases the power and duration of the effect.

 

Flurry of Steel:

Attacks the enemy, dealing physical damage for % of the characters Physical Power and appluing Stun for ? sec. While stunned, the target cannot move, attack, or use skills.
On Stealth: Hitted target getting negative effect that makes his next auto-attack or instant skill damage reducted by %

 

Furiousness:

I think here we can make double aura, on stealth can give buffs like now crit chance and crit hit, or when u activate skill without stealth u can get another aura that gives u accuracy and resistance. that should give rogue survavibility, ofc u will get only one aura depend on when u activate skill
