Well there it is & even if it's not a real proof, u can see some interesting things from it: I don't know if u can check the properties & see the date in wich it has been taken in the forum, it was at 19/06/2015, at 17:48:32, (just 10 mins after i used the elixir, as I said in the first post in this thread) i could discover tht my lvl was increased because i tryed demand arena & it didn't work because s.exkitten is lvl 6 & i m lvl 7; The area location in the screenshot is about the nyan cat event quest, as i said before, I wanted just do that quest to get the smile, when i saw my level was 7 I didn 't even finish it anyway because I was pretty upset. As you can see in the pm to s.exkitten (sorry for the bad language in that), we were both lot of surprised & sad about i leveled up, she actually accused me that i didn't use the elixir, so i told her i would telep to t1 irslenorth (yea the place in wich she gives me the elixir, as i said in the first post in this thread), to show her that I actually used it, as you can see down the life bar of my char. Well, i know that you don't know me, so you can think i m a lier or something, but i think that in Us-Sapphire a good 99,9% of the players know my name, & both my friends & my haters can say that i m not a scammer or a lier. I saw that elixirs now work properly too, i tryed many times after the fact happened, but i was wondering that maybe could be possible that update brought some bugs, bugs that now are fixed, & some of them could have been related to do elixirs. I don t know.. I am an old player now in warspear, I'm playing this since 3 years+ & i always tryed to do my best, supporting game with real money to buy coins & helping all, also voting for warspear in the best app context & telling my friends to vote as well. I would really love if just for this time you could do something, because i loved my lock and i won a season with it, lot of time gold & money wasted if he stays lvl 7. Maybe you could help with some gears transfer once i level a new lock atleast to still have my arena award.. Anyway, I would like to say thanks to have tryed that elixir so many times, that still means a lot to me. And boss contest made it pretty clear spawning items and giving them to a char isnt a problem to devs. It would just be the reasonable thing to do. We don't know if it was a bug, because we can't repeat it. In that case our policy is rock solid: no bug = no actions. That's how it works. You can look back to a data in your database and check when it was modified. You can kindly check the character's database, experience table database, quest completed database, or even the buff timer or whatever table name you're using to check if it was an accident caused by a careless player,and not really a bug. Maybe somehow you can check the logs of a single character, and check which table/s was modified first. Unless you have a single characters database per Server, then it is hard to rollback a single character without changing the rest. Also reimburse him mcoin spent on the char, he can provide you transaction ids. Or just give him 12 coin + his ring on new lvl 6 and delete the lvl 7. Id be brokennif this bs happened to me. I care so much about that lock, i m understanding it specially in this period.. I will for sure make it full +10 & go again for arena season lvl 6 if i ll get him back or atleast the gears.. I know, there isn't a real proof, but my screenshot gave something to think about i guess. Roland sir, you saw in this post how many people support me, i am a good person, i hope you can put an hand on your heart & close an eye (or maybe two) just for this time, by my side i will try to support always this game & keep mc side active as much as i can. Try to be in me for 1 second & see the char who I worked a lot on is wasted.. totally wasted.. I can ensure that is a really really bad feeling sir..
