The reason of your friend couldn't make any characters in the selected faction is perhaps because of too many characters which have been made in that faction. 342621117mk 12 Posted April 5, 2015 Share Posted April 5, 2015 Keep hitting the "Create" button after you choose the name, when it says that you can't create because of there are too many ppl in the fraction, hit close and repeat, eventually it would let you create the character,eventually... it might take a while, since I think it its because there are ppl creating mc characters at the same time somewhere and you need to wait for that to happen..
