This is one example, if nothing is done, the entire forum knows the account is bought, there is no suspicion, it's fact (damianz won the arena reward 2 years ago, then sold the account this year to trade for 3x3 lvl20 (winning again in your list with a different bought druid, new payment details poland, old indian), that easy to check, the accounts were traded / bought.

 

by doing nothing everyone can see its legal to sell account's if used to profit airgrind and will continue doing so.
